Led by Richa Rehan, PT & Sarah Boyd, Nutrition and Fitness Expert, Prepare to Push is a different kind of birth prep.
What To Expect:
Here, you'll focus on your pregnancy and delivery holistically, to help you feel prepared and supported every step of the way.
In Prepare to Push, you will learn:
Learn about pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum from a pelvic floor Physiotherapist and exercise/ nutrition specialist
Learn about how to connect with your pelvic floor and how to take care of pelvic floor during Pregnancy and after giving Birth.
Learn Pelvic Floor Muscle training during pregnancy and after giving birth to avoid bladder leakage, pelvic pain, low back pain and ab seperation.
Learning how to push, Positions to Labour in and Pain control during labour
Learn how to recover physically after the birth + Learn about exercises and Nutrition postpartum.
Learn Perineal Massage to potentially reducing the risk of tearing during childbirth.I
