Led by Richa Rehan, PT & Sarah Boyd, Nutrition and Fitness Expert, Prepare to Push is a different kind of birth prep.

What To Expect:

Here, you'll focus on your pregnancy and delivery holistically, to help you feel prepared and supported every step of the way.

In Prepare to Push, you will learn:

  • Learn about pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum from a pelvic floor Physiotherapist and exercise/ nutrition specialist

  • Learn about how to connect with your pelvic floor and how to take care of pelvic floor during Pregnancy and after giving Birth.

  • Learn Pelvic Floor Muscle training during pregnancy and after giving birth to avoid bladder leakage, pelvic pain, low back pain and ab seperation.

  • Learning how to push, Positions to Labour in and Pain control during labour

  • Learn how to recover physically after the birth + Learn about exercises and Nutrition postpartum.

  • Learn Perineal Massage to potentially reducing the risk of tearing during childbirth.I
